Registration

The registration for CF 2026 is handled through K.I.T. Dresden.

Registration fees include: conference kit, publication in the conference proceedings (volume 1 for the main conference and volume 2 for special sessions and workshops), attendance to the main conference, workshops, special sessions, coffee breaks, on-site lunch for the three conference days, welcome reception (to be held on May 19) and social dinner (to be held on May 20).

PLEASE NOTE: for each accepted submission at the main conference (full, short or poster), workshops (full or short) and special sessions, at least one registration and presentation is required for paper inclusion in the conference proceedings.

  • If you are an author of a paper you need to register with FULL AUTHOR REGISTRATION fees.
  • If you are an author of a poster or a participant you need to register with the PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION fees.

The following rates apply:

FULL AUTHOR REGISTRATION (until April 6th)

  • ACM-Member EUR 650
  • Non-ACM Member EUR 750

PARTICIPANT EARLY REGISTRATION (until April 12th)

  • ACM-Member EUR 650
  • Non-ACM Member EUR 750
  • Student ACM Member EUR 450
  • Student non-ACM Member EUR 500

PARTICIPANT LATE REGISTRATION (from April 13th onwards)

  • Early Registration Fee + 150 Euros

Extra page fee for full papers for the main conference or workshops:

  • EUR 100 per extra page, maximum 2 extra pages

For accompanying persons, tickets for the welcome reception (30 Euros) and the social dinner (EUR 90) can be purchased in advance.
